Timothy Perkins
Secondary Teacher
Timothy Perkins was born on February 22, 2001, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He grew up in a ministry household, with his father being a missionary in the Philippines before moving back to Mississippi to pastor Grace Baptist Church. Timothy accepted Christ as his personal Saviour at the age of 14 during summer camp.
Timothy grew up attending GBA from 4th grade, and he graduated as salutatorian in 2019. From there, he went on to attend Massillon Baptist College in Massillon, Ohio, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sacred Music. While at school, he met his future wife, and they were married in January of 2023.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, and working on vehicles.
This year will be his first year of teaching, and he is excited to both grow in this opportunity, as well as learn how to best help his students excel in all they do.
